Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days of delivery unless it’s a personalised product. Items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Cancellations: Requests accepted within 5 hours of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders

• Delays caused by postal carriers or customs
• Minor variations in handmade items
• Improper handling or care of products once delivered

In no event will Becca Embroidery be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of products purchased from this shop.
