Order Processing

  • All items are made to order.
  • Please allow 3 business days for processing before dispatch.
  • For custom or personalised items, processing may take slightly longer. You will be informed of any delays via email.

 

Shipping Methods & Charges

  • We offer delivery within the UK.
  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on size.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–4 business days from dispatch

Returns Policy

 

We want you to love your order. If you are not satisfied, please review the return guidelines below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at beccaembroidery@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or personalised items (unless faulty or damaged)
  • Items returned in poor condition or outside the return window

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.
